11th Annual San Francisco Pinot Days

June 20th, 2015

2-5pm

Grand Festival - Saturday's Grand Tasting will showcase over 80 phenomenal producers of pinot noir. Consumers will be able to sample hundreds of pinots from every important domestic pinot noir region, from the Russian River Valley to the Santa Lucia Highlands, Oregon to Carneros, the Anderson Valley to the Sonoma Coast to the Santa Rita Hills. Grand Festival VIP Regional And Early Entry Tasting - This one-hour, sit-down tasting will feature wineries in groups of 4. Each winery will pour 2 wines to a group of 50 VIPs. (Wines must be different than what you pour at your table.) Each of the four Winemakers or Winery Owners will talk the group through your wines, and will share your story with them. For the second hour, you will be able to taste in the festival with the trade, in a more intimate setting.

Guest Speaker:Kevin Jorgeson, who free climbed the 3,000-foot Dawn Wall of El Capitan in Yosemite National Park Guest Chefs Daniel Kedan and Marianna Gardenhire of Backyard in Forestville Desserts by Patisserie Angelica in Sebastopol Live music Lonesome Locomotive, blending rock and blue grass.
